How quickly can you onboard us? +
Most clients are fully onboarded within 72 hours of signing. That means monitoring agents deployed, user accounts configured, MDM enrolled, and your team briefed on how to reach us. We don't do six-week onboarding projects.
We already have an IT person internally — do you work alongside them? +
Absolutely. Many of our clients have an internal IT lead or Head of Engineering who handles strategic decisions — and they use Dtechtion for day-to-day support, monitoring, and automation. We're designed to augment internal teams, not replace them.

Yes — compliance readiness is one of our most in-demand services. We build your control library, write your information security policies, configure your technical controls, and prepare your evidence vault. Most clients reach SOC 2 Type I readiness within 3–4 months, and Type II within 12.
