After years leading IT at fast-growing NYC startups, our founder kept seeing the same pattern: companies scaling fast, with no IT foundation underneath. Security incidents. Compliance scrambles. Engineers spending Friday afternoons fixing laptops instead of shipping code. There had to be a better way.

The Insight
